He is responsible for all strategic decisions of AAKIT with the end-goal of strengthening client relationships and ensuring adherence to our values across all engagements.
With 25+ years of experience in the IT sector, Jaya’s knack of identifying critical target points have consistently enabled her to deliver the most appropriate and effective solutions for our clients.
Apart from being the liaison across our various teams, she leads the training efforts for our Delivery teams, ensuring effective synergies across our large and diversified teams. Moreover, she, along with Tayeb are also directly responsible for Design Thinking workshops and the delivery of our Consulting and Application Management services, ensuring enhanced value-add for all our clients.
